The High Meadows School Spanish program follows the National Spanish
Standards. Students begin Spanish instruction in Preschool
in all programs except 2 full day, 5 morning, and 3 morning
classes. Kindergarten/first grade students receive Spanish
instruction once a week. Beginning in second grade, students
receive Spanish instruction twice a week, until they rise to
sixth grade. Students in the Middle Years program receive Spanish
instruction 4 days a week. Students graduate from High Meadows
School able to engage in conversations, as well as have a strong
foundation that allows them to earn credit for a second year
Spanish program (Spanish II) in a high school setting.
