Please see below for information and steps to apply to High Meadows School.

Download an Application and complete the steps below. Application fee is $100 per child.

Applying for PS-3 or PreK-4?

Complete and give current school:

Teacher Evaluation form (download)

Preschool Principal will schedule a 1 Hour Play Assessment (No Parent-Child Separation).

Applying for Kindergarten?

Complete and give current school:

Teacher Evaluation form (download )

Director of Admissions will schedule a half day visit in a PreK-4 classroom. Assessment given same day as school visit.

Applying for 1st Grade?

Complete and give current school:

AAAIS Release of Information form (download)
AAAIS Teacher Evaluation form (download)

Director of Admissions will schedule a full day visit. Assessment given same day as school visit.

Applying for 2nd through 5th Grade?

Complete and give current school:

(2nd through 4th Grade)
