High Meadows School (HMS) does not follow the closing schedule of Fulton or Cobb County schools. We do look at what these schools are doing, and along with other relevant information, school management makes decisions that are unique to our school environment. HMS has established a working relationship with certain metro Atlanta radio and television stations for the posting of our school closing. Sometimes, due to multiple calls arriving at a radio or television station, the stations may make mistakes. We do call these mistakes to their attention in an effort to provide the best information possible to our families. However, if parents check various stations, the correct information will be available on the majority of stations we regularly use.We do not try to announce when school will be resuming.
