Directions to Donate and 2011 Forms

Apogee Scholarship Fund has partnered with High Meadows School to administer the Georgia Private School Tax Credit Program. To donate, please follow these two easy steps:

Step 1: Print and complete two forms:

Form IT-QEE-TP1 (GA Dept. of Revenue - make a copy for your records.)

Authorization Form - Complete the form and attach your check payable to Apogee Scholarship fund.
   
   
Step 2: Mail forms and check to:

Tax credit limits
$1,000 for individual filers
$2,500 for married filing jointly
$1,250 for married filing separately
75% of GA tax liability for C-corporation

An approval letter from the Georgia Department of Revenue will be mailed to your address and to Apogee Scholarship Fund.

Your check will be held by Apogee until the D.O.R approval letter is received. Your check will be deposited by Apogee within 30 days of the approval date.

After depositing your check, Apogee will mail you a tax credit receipt to acknowledge your successful participation.
