High Meadows School is an independent, co-educational day school in Roswell, Georgia (a northern suburb of Atlanta) serving 350 children, preschool through eighth grade. The school’s innovative, inquiry-based, integrated curriculum emphasizes the love of learning, creativity, meaningful connections and environmental responsibility. The school is highly respected and consistently recognized for best practices by major educational organizations including the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB) and SAIS-AdvancED.

Our educators are experienced, energetic, and collaborative individuals who follow a constructivist, progressive educational philosophy which is student-centered and hold kids to high but reasonable standards.  We look for educators who maintain excellence in relationships with families, work successfully within a team, and understand developmentally appropriate practices for students at different grade levels.  At High Meadows, we believe that children possess a drive for cognitive, physical, and social engagement—a drive that is developed and enhanced by an environment that promotes academic challenge, creativity, personal responsibility, and a positive self-image.
