Need-Based Financial Assistance

We believe a High Meadows education should be accessible to talented and qualified students from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Through our need-based financial assistance program, we partner with families to make a High Meadows education possible.

Tuition financial assistance is available for students in Five-Day Pre-K through Eighth Grade, and approximately 21% of our students receive assistance each year. Awards are based on demonstrated financial need only and are determined through a confidential review process conducted with the support of Clarity, an independent financial assistance assessment service.

Financial Assistance Application Steps

List of 5 items.

  • Step 1: Sign up with Clarity

  • Step 2: Fill out application

Begin your application and add High Meadows to your student applicant entry. You can save your application and log out at any time, and return later to complete it.
  • Step 3: Complete tax verification process

US taxpayers: Complete the Clarity Tax Verification process to release your W2 and personal tax return transcripts from the IRS.

You'll be asked to authorize the sharing of your tax transcripts and verify your identity. This one-time security measure is required by the IRS to protect against identity theft and the compromise of personal information. Only those filing US taxes will be prompted to complete this step. Clarity offers two options for the enhanced tax verification process: “Clarity” and “IRS”. Please reference the Tax Verification Guide to preview the steps of this process.

Parents/guardians who successfully completed this process last year, will not be asked to go through the tax retrieval process again. After submitting their application, the IRS will automatically release their tax transcripts to us based on last year’s authorization.

The IRS pathway may be faster, allowing for the tax documents to transfer to Clarity within 24 hours. However, the initial setup may take some time. Clarity has found that families who have an IRS.gov account before starting the Clarity Application have a much easier time completing the process.
  • Step 4: Review application and pay fee

Enter your financial information, review your application, and pay the $65 Clarity application fee.
  • Step 5: Submit application and supporting documentation

Submit your Clarity application and follow the link to return to your dashboard. Here, you will see any additional supporting documents that schools request. Upload your supporting documents by the application deadline. Keep in mind that the school may later prompt you through Clarity to upload additional documentation as needed.

Georgia GOAL Tax Credit Scholarships

Georgia GOAL Tax Credit Program

After your family completes the High Meadows School financial assistance application process and is determined eligible for financial assistance, your student may qualify for the Georgia GOAL Tax Credit Program.

Georgia GOAL provides scholarship funding to High Meadows School on behalf of eligible students transferring from a public school who meet income eligibility requirements. These funds help offset the financial assistance the school awards and are not paid directly to families.

If your child qualifies, Georgia GOAL funding can help High Meadows offset a portion of the financial assistance awarded.

Georgia GOAL scholarships are available to new students before they enroll at High Meadows School. Once awarded, scholarship eligibility may be renewed annually through graduation, subject to ongoing eligibility requirements and available funding.

All taxpayers can help fund the Georgia GOAL Tax Credit Program. Learn More >
